Welcome to Bas Trekker, your trusted trekking partner in Senaru for Mount Rinjani expeditions. We are committed to providing a transparent, secure, and hassle-free booking experience. Please take a moment to read through our privacy policy and booking terms to ensure a clear understanding of our services.

Pricing and Itinerary Changes

All tour prices are based on rates effective since January 2024. Due to currency fluctuations or increases in operational costs (transportation, accommodation, etc.), we reserve the right to modify tour prices before departure, even after full payment is received.

In case we need to change your itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances, we will offer alternative arrangements of equal or better value. If changes significantly impact your travel experience and you choose to cancel, a full refund will be issued.

Deposits and Final Payments

To confirm your booking with Bas Trekker, a 20% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your tour starts. Failure to meet this deadline may lead to cancellation and applicable charges. Bank fees are not our responsibility.

Late Bookings

We accept late bookings up to 1 days before the tour, depending on availability. Please contact us to confirm services and finalize payment for last-minute reservations.

Solo Traveler Policy

Solo travelers must pay a single supplement in addition to the base tour price.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 10 days before departure: US$50 + service charges.

  • Within 5 days of departure: 30% of total package fare.

Tour Modifications

Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, hotels, etc.) incur a US$30 amendment fee per file.

Refunds

Unused services are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover accidents, cancellations, baggage loss, and medical emergencies. Bas Trekker does not provide insurance. But there’s already include on teh Rinjani National Park ticket

Travel Documents

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond arrival.

Additional Costs

Tour prices do not include:

  • Visa/passport fees

  • Vaccinations

  • Personal expenses (laundry, drinks, tips, etc.)

  • Excess baggage

  • Insurance

Airlines & Accommodations

While we partner with trusted airlines (e.g., Lion Air, Garuda Indonesia), their services are subject to their own terms and liabilities. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damage caused by third-party providers.

Baggage Policy

Domestic flights allow 2 bags per person, not exceeding 20kg in total. Extra baggage storage is available upon request.

Our Commitment

We are committed to making your experience with Bas Trekker Senaru safe and memorable. While we’re responsible for arrangements we directly manage, we are not liable for unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
